Cordyceps
The mushroom has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine as well as traditional Tibetan medicine. Cordyceps is known as a great supplement for athletes. Cordyceps first really became popular with athletes in the U.S. after the 1993 Olympics when several of China’s track and field athletes set 5 new world records and their coach told reporters the secret was that the runners were taking Cordyceps at his request. Many athletes have since tried it and found that Cordyceps increase their physical performance and endurance.
